Amazing food and service! My boyfriend and I came here after going to Griffith for a night stroll and it was the perfect meal. The service was very kind and thoughtful. It's located in a cute corner location so it's very intimate. We ordered so much food and couldn't be happier!

Anarbagh isn't here to coddle you. You walk in, and the spices hit you like a freight train. This is food with attitude, with a punch--you're about to get slapped by some serious curry. The butter chicken? It's creamy, unapologetically rich, and dangerous to anyone watching their cholesterol--aka, you ain't living til you have tried their butter chicken. MMMMMMmmmmmm. The naan? It's like a warm blanket you want to wrap yourself in while diving headfirst into a bowl of eggplant bharta (my go-to) that feels like it took someone years to master. I recommend the garlic naan. Oh man! The kind servers know what they're doing. You ask for mild? They'll raise an eyebrow and say, "Sure if you want to miss out on the fun." I prefer medium or a little hotter myself, but sometimes I have to settle for my mild lady. You leave Anarbagh slightly scorched, a little sweaty, and wondering if you can handle round two next week. You can! I might have to go back tonight after writing this review!

One of my favorite South Asian restaurants in LA! In an unassuming location next to a 7-eleven, you may be surprised when you step inside and see that it's actually a proper sit-down restaurant with a nice ambiance. Everything I've tried here has been delicious. I love the vegetarian options, especially the paneer tikka! My mom LOVES the tofu tikka. I ordered a bunch of samosas to-go once for a party and everyone raved about them. The employees are wonderful and attentive. The service is a little on the slower side, but the food is worth the wait.

I've been telling my friends over at Anarbagh that I would review them for over a year now--so here we are! The friendliest and arguably most flavorful Indian food in the greater Hollywood area. My personal favorites: Veggie Korma: a variety of cruciferous vegetables in a thick and spicy curry sauce. So delicious! Veggie Biryani: Even my devout meat-eating friend prefers the veggie version of this staple rice dish; a variety of vegetables and spices in yellow rice--the perfect accompaniment to any curry dish. Veggie and Beef Samosas: love them both, but I am a little biased towards veggie samosas. Crispy, flaky goodness filled with a generous amount of veggies or beef. Yum, yum in my tum! Cheese Naan: soft and cheesy, simple yet delightful. What more can I say? Chicken Korma: chunks of white meat in that indulgent curry sauce. As good as its veggie alternative, but I'm admittedly obsessed with the veggie korma here. Butter Chicken: my favorite chicken dish here; thicker than the korma (thank you, ghee) and will make you feel like you've been bad after the last bite. Get it! And of course, the Chicken Tikka Masala, which is also perfect, I just rarely get it because I grew up on the dish and only started exploring my Indian cuisine palette as an adult. As aforementioned, the staff is great, fast, and will make funny, small talk as they take your order. Anarbagh will continue to be my preferred Indian restaurant for years to come. Give it a go!

I'll start by saying this is my bf's favorite Indian restaurant and he's always so excited to bring me here. I finally got a chance to give it a try. It was good, but I've had better. This is your traditional hole in the wall Indian restaurant, located in a 7-Eleven parking lot tucked away in a corner. For that reason, it could be very difficult to find parking. When you walk in, you're greeted by the staff and the interior has carpet - I always feel a little weird with carpet flooring in a restaurant, but it works. We ordered two main plates and the appetizer plate for two and I think that was just enough food. Everything is incredibly flavorful and I did really enjoy the entrées. The service was good, nothing exceptional. This place is definitely giving cozy vibes with really good food. They offer great dishes at reasonable price points. I do know I would probably be back and I won't be mad about it granted this is my bf's favorite Indian restaurant. My review is as follows: - Food: 4.5/5 - Service: 4/5 - Ambiance: 3/5
